Happy Sunday peeps. It’s nearly a new week and I’m feeling all kinds of motivated. Sometimes you just need to to simplify, take a step back and see the wood for the trees.
I’m most certainly in w blog content creating more and you can expect a lot more short and snappy post from me. More off the cuff stuff and lots of outfit inspo.
Without further ado, of course, I went shopping… well from the comfort of my settee that is. I found myself tapping on over to H&M. Now this brand has always been a wardrobe staple, but I found myself going off it a few seasons ago. I can much remember why. Any who, they had a sale and I thought let’s have a look not really expecting much. OMG I was wrong, suddenly my basket was nearly £500 and I was like, oh Jesus! I managed to restrain myself slightly, but I’m super happy with the stuff I posted up.
3 items in this look are from this min H&M haul. The black trench coat, it’s definitely oversized. I got the small and it’s massive, but I love the volume you get from the extra material. It’s fairly thin which is great for this faux-autumn we have at the moment. When it finally gets cold, it would be perfect to layer over knits.
The vest top is just a cute addition to break up what would otherwise be an all black outfit.
Now my favourite part of the look has to be these lattice shoes. They are a nice and different looking pair of black heels. I love the shape of the heel and they aren’t too high so should be comfortable to walk in.
The total effect is chic, but still comfortable. I’m so glad I stumbled across H&M again. It’s definitely one to keep on my go see list each week. If you like this look, let me know in the comments. I’ll be showing how I style up the other items I bought either on here or on my Instagram.
