It’s been a long week. The weather has been amazing and I’ve tried to enjoy every minute of it. Matters weren’t helped by the fact I had a tooth pulled out on Thursday. Long story short, I chipped it ages ago, it was either take it now or risk pain only for it to have to come out later anyway. Enough about my dental woes.
It’s been a fairly standard week, but I have really been loving the items out of this months Birchbox. For me it was all about the Fill & Tame brow gel by Beautaniq Beauty. I’ve never used a brow gel before, but I think I’m on to a winner here. I would buy this again, but it seems like the one I have will last ages anyway.
My next fave is the Shea Butter Lip Balm from Pixi. Given a choice, I probably would have gone for a different colour. This one is really pink, but I like how it feels more than anything. I use it straight after my skin care routine and have noticed my lips are softer.
The Cath Kidston hand lotion you would have already seen on my Instagram. It’s come in useful and went straight in my handbag when it arrived. Devine!
I’m also feeling this Baked Blush from ModelCo. It’s quite iridescent and subtle, which is what I want from a highlight, sometimes.
The final item, I wasn’t all that interested in. Some kind beach wave hair stuff. Useless on me, sorry! ????
