Wow, Spring has sprung! It’s nearly the bank holiday weekend. Given our current reality, this is likely to be a bank holiday like no other. We saw temperatures as high as 20° last weekend, but according to government advice we must all stay indoors. If like me you have a garden then there is a certain sense of gratitude that must be shown. We are able to bask in the sunshine from the comfort of our own backyards and I spare a thought for those stuck in flats. That said, people turning up in droves at parks across the country is a sure fire way to get going out for exercise banned altogether. Anyway, whether your inside or out, one thing to consider (for the style conscious) is what to wear this bank holiday weekend.
Given that we’ll likely be at home, chances are we’ll be barefoot and fabulous, our outfits should do all the talking, but also be comfortable. So, when thinking what to wear this bank holiday weekend, I figured dresses are a great choice. Lately I’ve been drawn to floaty minidresses. Perfect as it heats up, but also great with a long cardigan thrown over the top- if you’re up late into the evening with a glass of vino. Ideally, that’s what I’ll be doing.
