  • Payday Wish List

I can’t believe we are halfway through the month already. I can believe even less that my son is almost 6 weeks old. It’s about this time that I start thinking about plans for the month ahead and now we have a  baby, planning is even more essential. In this edit, I thought I’d lay out a payday wish list.  These items have caught my eye in the last few weeks and Now I have loads of ideas for my payday shop. I don’t intend to buy everything on the list and some of it is out my price range anyway, but it’s my inspo.

On another note, I  was watching Oprah interview Jennifer Lopez on Youtube the other day and one thing that resonated is the idea of personal growth and the need to always do better. For me right now that means planning ahead more, being organised and doing things on purpose rather than on the spur of the moment. Something as simple as planning your payday wish list ultimately means you get what you want but the impulsive nature of shopping just because is less of a draw.

There’s something about having a baby that makes me want to do better in all areas of my life.

Quilted accessories – give me all the bags! Yes I’d love a Chanel but this bag from Topshop is a great middle ground.

Houndstooth blazers – if you’ve seen my last post, you’ll know I’m really in to blazers at the moment and I really want to add a houndstooth one to my wardrobe. It really dresses up an all black outfit and gives those boss vibes. Read my Payday Outfits for Spring post.

Fringed boots – these Anine Bing Dixie Boots are giving my life right now. I need a dupe pronto

Leather shorts – leather look shorts and trousers are having a moment and will be big this year. I like to think I’m ahead of the bandwagon as I’ve been wearing leather trousers for an age now. That said, I’m loving the idea of leather shorts for nights out!
